Arrival procedure: Customers should park in one of the marked bays. There are a number of self check-in kiosks providing a new fast track check-in service. Customers should have their printed email confirmation or booking reference to use with the self check-in kiosks. After checking in, customers need to drop their car keys into the secured box before boarding the shuttle bus to the airport terminal. A member of the Airparks staff will park the car.
Departure procedure:Having cleared customs, customers of Airparks should proceed to Airparks Cardiff drop off and collection point. The shuttle bus runs regularly and the wait should be no longer than 20 minutes. On arrival at the car park check-out kiosk, using the key dispenser kiosk, scan the barcode on the key collection ticket. Information will appear about the location of the car and the car key will be dispensed.
Facilities for the disabled:All the Airparks buses have access for disabled passengers.
Other Information: Airparks are unable to accept oversized luggage onto the transfer buses. Oversized luggage includes surfboards, skis, snowboards and bicycles. customers can drop large items off at the terminal with a passenger before driving the car to the car park.
