Security measures within the car park: The car park is floodlit and 24 hours CTV. The Shuttle staff carry out regular patrols with security vehicles. The car park has also been given the Park Mark® for Safer Parking award which is awarded by the police to car park opertors who ensure that the car park has security measures in place to create a safe environment.
Arrival procedure: Operating the Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system, customers need to ensure the correct vehicle registration is entered when making the car park booking. At the entry barrier your registration number will be recognised and a ticket will be printed showing your booking reference.
Departure procedure:Once through customs head for the Courtesy Transfer Bus stops. On arrival at the exit insert your entry ticket into the machine at the barrier. Your number plate will be read and the barrier will lift automatically.
Facilities for the disabled:Holders of a Blue Badge can pre-book this parking and park in the Short stay car park instead where dedicated spaces are available.
