IbisThe two-floor hotel building features 141 guest rooms, among which are 10 designated for use by disabled guests. All rooms are en-suite and offer telephone, television, radio and facilities for making coffee and tea. Hairdryers are available on request. Breakfast is served in the hotel's own restaurant from 04:00 and is not included in the room rate. For evening dinner, the restaurant re-opens at 18:00 and serves until 22:00. A licensed bar is also on the premises and besides alcoholic beverages it offers a variety of hot and cold snacks.

The principle route to the hotel for drivers is via the M23 motorway, exiting at Junction 10 to join the A2011 to Crawley. The hotel offers transfers to and from the airport around the clock. From 04:00 until 10:00 shuttles operate every half hour; 10:00 until 16:00 they run every 45 minutes; 16:00 until 24:00 they go every half-hour and 24:00 until 04:00 they depart every hour.
