Security measures within the car park: Fencing, regularly patrolled, closed circuit cameras.
Arrival Procedure: Customers should contact AAP approximately 15 minutes before arriving back at Gatwick Airport. South Terminal:Customers should follow signs for "Passenger Drop Off". Drive under the terminal, go through both sets of traffic lights. An APH driver will be waiting there for you. North Terminal: Follow signs for the Sofitel Hotel. All Gatwick North terminal Meet and Greet pick-ups and drop-offs occur in Northway Road. Northway Road is located in front of the Sofitel hotel - it's also on the same road as the Short Stay car park. Customers should follow the new signs to the drop-off and-pick up points.
Departure Procedure: Car AAP parking from the baggage hall at Gatwick on the phone number provided in your confirmation email. You will be instructed to proceed to the collection point.
Disabled Facilities: Meet & Greet is very beneficial to disabled passengers but adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
