APH Meet and Greet Gatwick Airport Parking

Customers booking the APH Meet & Greet service make their way to either North or South terminal to be met by one of APH's drivers. After a quick vehicle check, the driver will take the car to its award winning car park for the duration of the trip.

Once back at Gatwick Airport, the driver will drive the car back to the airport and meet the customer outside the terminal. The APH personal parking service is great for passengers travelling with families, large luaggage and those just wanting to avoid the shuttle bus.

Security measures within the car park: APH operate a fully secure parking compound that has been awarded the Park Mark® for Safer Parking. The award is given to car parking operators who are able to show that the level of security for their customer's car is extremely high. The car parks given the Park Mark® award are run by responsible operators and the security measures includeT 24 hours CCTV, floodlighting and perimeter fencing and frequent patrols by security staff.
Arrival Procedure: Customers are required to call APH approximately 15 minutes before arriving back at Gatwick. South Terminal: After entering the 30mph speed limit zone, customers follow the signs for "Passenger Drop Off". An APH driver will be waiting. North Terminal: Customers should follow signs for Sofitel Hotel. All Gatwick North terminal Meet and Greet pick-ups and drop-offs are in Northway Road which is in front of the Sofitel Hotel which is on the same road as the Short Stay car park. Customers should follow the new signs to the drop-off and-pick up points.
Departure Procedure: Customers should call the car park once they have reached the baggage hall. APH will send out a driver to meet at the collection point.
Facilities for Disabled: Meet & Greet is a great service for disabled passengers but adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
