Security measures within the car park: This undercover car park is manned 24 hours a day with CCTV, floodlighting and and frequent patrols by security staff.
Arrival Procedure: You will need to call EPG Parking on the phone number provided in your confirmation email 15 minutes before arriving at Gatwick, so just before you get onto the M23. Then follow the directions below. South Terminal: Follow the signs for the South Terminal. After entering the 30mph speed limit zone, follow the signs for "Passenger Drop Off". Drive under the terminal, go through both sets of traffic lights. Use both the right and left hand bays. An EPG driver will be waiting there for you. North Terminal: Follow signs for the Sofitel hotel. All Gatwick North terminal Meet and Greet pick-ups and drop-offs occur in Northway Road. Northway Road is located in front of the Sofitel hotel - it's also on the same road as the Short Stay car park. Customers should follow the new signs to the drop-off and-pick up points.
Departure Procedure: On your return call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the collection point.
Disabled Facilities: This service is suitable for disabled clients, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
