Security measures within the car park: Cars are kept in an award winning car park with 24 hours a day CCTV. The compound is floodlit with perimeter fencing, it is also patroled by security staff. Awarded the Park Mark® for Safer Parking having been vetted by the police, Park Mark® awarded parking areas are run by responsible car park operators.
Arrival Procedure: South Terminal: Follow signs for South Terminal. After entering the 30mph speed limit zone, follow the signs for "South Terminal Short Stay RED Car Park". Proceed to level 2 of the car park and then check in at the Valet reception office. North Terminal: Follow signs for North Terminal then follow signs for "North Terminal Short Stay Car Park". Proceed to level 3 and then check in at the Valet reception office.
Departure Procedure: Customers call Official Valet Parking from the arrivals hall. The car is made ready back at the reception where it was dropped off.
Disabled Facilities: This service is suitable for disabled clients, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
