Arrival Procedure: Having called Skyone 20 minutes before your arrival at Gatwick, your Skyone chauffeur, who will be wearing a Skyone uniform, will meet you at either Gatwick North or South terminal. Your car will be checked over and the driver will collect the booking confirmation before taking your keys. South Terminal:After entering the 30mph speed limit zone, follow the signs for "Passenger Drop Off" on the Lower level. North Terminal: Follow signs for Sofitel Hotel in Northway Road. Customers should follow the new signs to the drop-off and-pick up points.
Departure Procedure: On your return call the car park on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the collection point.
