Arrival Procedure: Telephone TPS on the number in tbe confirmation email approximately 15 minutes before arriving at Gatwick. South Terminal: Follow the signs for "Passenger Drop Off". Drive under the terminal, go through both sets of traffic lights where your TPS driver will be waiting. North Terminal: Follow signs for the Sofitel hotel. All Gatwick North terminal Meet and Greet pick-ups and drop-offs occur in Northway Road. Northway Road is located in front of the Sofitel Hotel. Follow the new signs to the drop-off and-pick up points.
Departure Procedure Once in the baggage hall at Gatwick, telephone tge driver to let them know you have arrived, you will be given directions to the collection point.
Disabled Facilities: This service is suitable for disabled clients, but note that adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
Other Information: Maximum size of vehicle must fit within one parking space.
