Security measures within the car park: The car park where customer's cars are stored has 24 hour CCTV, floodlighting and perimeter fencing. The staff also carry out frequent patrols. The car park has been awarded the Park Mark® for Safer Parking award given to responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.
Arrival Procedure: Customers telephone Tudor Rose Parking 15 minutes before their arrival at Gatwick Airport. A full body inspection of your car will be offered. South Terminal: Follow the signs for the South Terminal. Follow the signs for "Passenger Drop Off". Drive under the terminal and a uniformed Tudor Rose driver will be waiting there for you. North Terminal: Follow signs for the Sofitel Hotel. All Gatwick North terminal Meet and Greet pick-ups and drop-offs occur in Northway Road. Northway Road is located in front of the Sofitel, follow the signs to the drop-off and-pick up points.
Departure Procedure: Telephone Tudor Rose reception from the baggage hall to alert their driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the collection point where your driver will be waiting within 10 minutes.
Disabled Facilities: Meet & Greet is very beneficial to disabled passengers but adapted vehicles cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
