Arrival procedure: Telephone the car park phone number provided in the confirmation email 20 minutes before arrival. Customers are met in the Short Stay Car Park, approximately 50 metres from the terminal. Collect a ticket at the entry barrier, and drive to the drop-off/pick-up point in the car park. Present your entry ticket to the driver. The driver will be holding a board displaying the Drop and Go Parking logo.
Departure procedure: On your return you will need to call Drop and Go Parking on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the Short Stay Car Park just outside the terminal where your car will be waiting.
Disabled Facilities: This service is ideal for those with mobility issues.
Other Information: Please Note - Norwich Airport only allows five minutes free of charge to drop off and pick up in the Short Stay car park. Please also make them aware if you have a disability.
