Arrival procedure: Customers of Drop & Go are met in the Short Stay Car Park which is a short distance from the main terminal at Norwich Airport. Having called Drop & Go roughly 20 minutes before arriving back at the airport to alert the driver of your return. Once at the Short Stay car park collect a ticket at the barrier before going to the drop-off/pick-up point in the car park. Present your entry ticket to the Drop and Go Parking driver.
Departure procedure: On your return you will need to call Drop and Go Parking on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the Short Stay Car Park just outside the terminal where your car will be waiting.
Disabled Facilities:: This service is ideal for those with mobility issues. There is no need to board a shuttle bus and the driver will help with any large luggage.
Important Information: Please Note - Norwich Airport allows five minutes free of charge parking to drop off and pick up in the Short Stay car park. Make them aware if you have a disability as they will then suggest you park in one of the disabled bays.
