Arrival Procedure

Telephone the car park on the phone number provided in the confirmation email 20 minutes before arrival. Customers are met in the Short Stay Car Park close to the terminal. After collecting a ticket at the entry barrier drive to the drop-off/pick-up point. give the driver your entry ticket. The driver will be holding a board displaying the Drop and Go Parking logo.

Please Note - Norwich Airport allocates five free minutes to drop off and pick up in the Short Stay car park.

Departure Procedure

On your return you will need to call Drop and Go Parking on the phone number provided in your confirmation email from the baggage hall to alert the driver of your arrival. You will be instructed to proceed to the Short Stay Car Park just outside the terminal where your car will be waiting.
